They are very rude and irresponsible towards customer complaints. They never hear about your complaints. They simply ignore and go by their way. Even though I sent the images of the damaged product they simply said that it's just a pencil mark, u just use an eraser to erase it. Even though they noticed the tear part of the cloth they refused exchange it. Overall a bitter experience from them.
