Since our products are tailored to your specific order requirements, returns, refunds, or exchanges based on slight irregularities are impossible.

While efforts are made to depict accurate colour tones in product images, variations may occur due to digital representation and device settings.
Refunds or exchanges based on colour variations or granular aspects of the fabric are not possible.
Customers are encouraged to seek clarification on product details before making a purchase.

Orders are typically dispatched within two business days, with tracking details provided.
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as postal/courier services, customs clearance, or unforeseen events.
Studio Virupa is not liable for delays caused by shipping agencies.

Customers are advised to inspect packages upon delivery.
Tampered packages should not be accepted.
Exercise caution when opening packages to avoid unintentional damage to the fabric.
Any extra cost incurred due to incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by customers will be payable by the customer.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted except in cases of incorrect product shipment.
Replacements for damaged products are contingent upon providing proper video proof of package opening.
Products eligible for return must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds are processed only to bank accounts based in India, excluding any transactional charges.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned products.
The decision to grant any credits is solely at the discretion of Studio Virupa.
As per our company's policy, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the order value in the event of Return/Refund/Cancellation. This fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with processing and handling your order.
