Orders are processed for shipment only upon receipt of complete payment. Once payment is made, changes to the order or refunds are not possible.
Saree orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment receipt.
Other products such as kids' dresses, women's kurtis, lehengas, ready-made blouses, custom blouses, maggam or aari work blouses, pre-order sarees, lehengas, half sarees, and dresses are made against your order and will require the respective time as mentioned in the product description. Please allow us the necessary time to dispatch these items.
Delivery within India is typically completed within 7 days, while international delivery may take 10-15 days.

Products categorised as customised orders, requiring stitching, alteration, or modification to the sari or fabric will need additional time for processing. The shipping will be based on the time required for customisation.
Charges for customisation and indicative timelines will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.
Customisation will commence only upon receipt of full payment. If you have specific delivery date requirements, please notify us in advance.

Within India, shipping charges are calculated based on weight and are dispatched via Speed Post, Blue Dart, DTDC, or professional courier services. Charges may vary depending on the delivery pincode.
International shipping via UPS/ARMAEX/DHL will incur additional charges at actuals. Customers are responsible for any additional customs, import duties, octroi, local charges, or other levies in their country/location. All shipping prices quoted are in INR.

Upon dispatch, we will email the tracking number for your order as soon as it is provided by the courier company.
Please note that on weekends, government holidays, local holidays, or during seasonal calamities, there may be delays in delivery.
