The bodice skirt is very poorly constructed, the stitching quality is great but the pattern is very badly made, the bodice peeps out of the crop top from the neck region, which is simple logic, that the bodice neckline needs to be deeper than that of the crop top. Also, the crop tops shoulders droop off, so much so that I had to pin it to the shoulder of the bodice to secure it. There are no buttons to fasten it to the bodice. I expected better work from studio virupa, also for the price that I paid. These are simple pattern making, like ensuring that the bodice neckline is deeper so that it doesn’t peep out of the blouse. It isn’t even something that can be easily altered, it needs to be cut and sewn again. Very disappointed.
