The Sungudi sarees are usually made from pure cotton fabric and the sarees are dyed in natural colours, have bright colours along with contrasting borders, mostly in gold!!
Border Design is not a constraint.
If you find any colour patches in the saree it will be due to artisan error becoz these sarees are processed handmade by old persons.
